The Quality Control Program at our company takes several steps to      provide the best quality.

• Quality Control
  A 3-tier transcription process is used at eScribex. The process makes sure that each and every dictation taken up for transcription by the company is meticulously transcribed by trained MTs (supported by advanced transcription tools), proofread by experienced editors, and finally checked by Quality Assurance personnel for its correctness and maintenance of standards, before it is returned to the customer. This process ensures that the company delivers the most accurate transcribed reports back to the customer on a consistent and timely basis.

• Random Quality Review
  Every employee has an ongoing random quality review. The transcript of the report is reviewed and checked against the voice recording. Errors are then marked on the copy of the transcript according to our Quality Control Criteria. At eScribex, our delivered quality standard is 99% accuracy. Each Transcriptionist is expected to reach a Minimum average accuracy of 94%.
