2) Dictation via telephone:
Practitioners can choose this method to dial a toll-free phone number password protected to dictate.
Practitioners then log into our Web-based management to submit the job so it can inform the responsible transcriptionist
to transcribe your voice files. You do not need to call or send e-mail, the only thing you have to do is to submit the jobs
through our web site and your jobs will be done.
Transcription Process
Once we receive your dictation by any of the above methods, we then transcribe your dictation
into document files. We deliver the completed transcriptions back to your office by:
a) Web-based attachment to your job or,
b) Placing it in FTP server storage for your staff to download any number of times.
Each practitioner's transcriptions are batched into MS Word document files or any preferred format based on
date of service/date of dictation. Irrespective of which delivery option you choose, all your transcriptions and dictations
are available for download from our FTP server for 60 days.
If required, our system will send you a reminder e-mail every time a new transcription file
is ready for you to download, rather than attaching it to your e-mail.
